Step 1: Assessment

We start with a questionnaire of your current health where we learn about any current or past injuries that may be impairing your moment. Then we assess your range of motion and posture to identify any restrictions.

Step 2: Assisted Stretching

We move you through passive and active stretches that specifically target any problem areas for you. During and after the session, your coach will provide you with suggestions for stretches that you can do at home in between sessions so that your make progress quicker.

Step 3: Recovery Tools

Your coach will use incorporate recovery tools to better maximize the session and increase your range of motion. Tools may include Foam Roller, Rapid Release, TheraGun, Trigger Point Release, and more.
